🎉 How We Managed Our Debut Budget — And What We Learned from It Planning a debut is exciting—but also a big responsibility. We were given a 100,000-peso budget, and we wanted to make sure every peso was spent wisely. In the end, we only used 95,958 pesos, and we had 4,042 pesos left. Thanks to good planning and teamwork, the event was a success! 📊 What the Pie Chart Shows We created a pie chart to help us see how we used the 95,958 pesos. Here's what we discovered: •Venue (23.93%) – This was our biggest expense. •Venue Decor (18.76%) and Photoshoot (18.3%) Both were also major parts of the budget. •Host & Staff (14.59%), Food & Beverage (10.42%) – These were very important for the flow and comfort of the event. •Gown & Styler (5.21%), Chair & Table Designs (5.21%), and Other Expenses (4.85%) – These were our smaller expenses, but still necessary.
